10787 – IT Project Manager II (Site Reliability Engineering)
Purpose:
The Project Manager II / Scrum Master is responsible for leading project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating agile practices, and ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires strategic planning, meticulous oversight, agile facilitation, and proactive problem-solving to deliver projects successfully and achieve business objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Lead cross-functional project teams effectively, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as Scrum Master, managing agile processes and coaching teams in agile best practices.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams.
- Monitor project milestones, identifying risks, and proactively managing issues to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, progress, and risks to management.
- Coordinate and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct business and technical analyses to support project goals and objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or related roles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, IT systems, software development lifecycle, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
- PMP certification preferred; Scrum Master or Agile certification strongly recommended.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and excellence in reporting and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Salary range: $91,810 to 131,285
