What you’ll be doing?

As a Gen AI Engineer you will lead innovations and deliver impactful AI solutions for the automotive industry. You will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying AI systems Gen AI —including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic frameworks. 

• Design and build scalable AI systems, including agent-based workflows and RAG for reasoning and insights.
• Integrate AI across the full stack, collaborating with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and deploying models using Python, SQL, and visualization tools.
• Continuously optimize model performance through prompt engineering, architecture improvements, and data refinement.
• Lead cross-functional efforts, including MVPs, documentation, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive AI/ML expertise with 8+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in GenAI, leveraging platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain to build advanced AI agents, RAG systems, and intelligent workflows.
• Strong technical foundation in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, vector databases, and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, CI/CD, model monitoring, and frontend development using React.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, driving MVPs, optimizing AI models, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric AI solutions in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry expertise, including telematics, diagnostics, and intelligent vehicle systems.
• GenAI deployment across hybrid and poly-cloud environments, integrating platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools and frameworks, including LangChain, MLflow, Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong grasp of emerging AI trends, including ethical AI, security/compliance, LLM fine-tuning, multi-modal models, and autonomous agents.

Base Salary Range - $103,170 -$158,873
