10844 - Cloud Business Process Analyst II
Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cloud Business Process Analyst to support the effective operation, financial tracking, and customer coordination of our private cloud platform.
This role is responsible for managing cloud service billing, customer communication, documentation, and administrative processes related to cloud operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT business operations, cloud-related finance and billing, and customer-facing support within a technology-driven environment.
Essential Functions:
1. Cloud Business & Financial Operations
- Manage the cloud portal billing system, ensuring accuracy in resource usage tracking and customer invoicing.
- Support budget planning and P&L tracking for the H-Cloud business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on IT expenses, budgets, and forecasts for executive leadership
- Generate, issue, and track invoices for internal and external customers.
- Prepare investment approval documents and Statements of Work (SoW) in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Customer and Internal Communication
- Act as the primary first-line contact for cloud-related inquiries (cost estimation, resource needs, etc.) from business units (e.g., CBU, HQ Korea, HMC/HAE).
- Coordinate with the Cloud Platform Manager and Korea HQ on service requests, financial issues, and contract documentation.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and chargeback to client departments.
3. Administrative and Service Support
- Support the daily operations of cloud platform-related administrative tasks, such as usage reporting, procurement follow-up, and license tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain well-organized documentation related to customer communication, approvals, and service usage.
4. Financial Planning & Reporting
- Assist in planning and monitoring cloud-related budgets, including OpEx and CapEx.
- Track monthly financial performance and support variance analysis reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance to prepare forecasts and analyze cloud cost trends.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, business/financial coordination, or cloud service administration.
- Experience in budgeting, billing, or invoice management for IT or cloud services preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and familiarity with business software tools (e.g., ERP, billing portals)
- Strong documentation skills with PowerPoint, Word, or similar tools
- Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and proactive in handling complex tasks across departments
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, or budgeting processes
Preferred Attributes:
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, global team environment
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines independently
- Basic understanding of IT service concepts such as VRF, virtual switches, and cloud metering is a plus
- Korean language proficiency is a plus due to frequent HQ collaboration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., private cloud or Public Cloud) or IT infrastructure is a plus
- Experience working with finance or procurement teams is a plus.
Salary range: $83,940 to $120,032
