What You Will Be Doing
As a Software Engineer III – Connected Car Systems, you will lead the design, development, testing, and operations of core Telematics systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Lead system analysis, design, development, testing, and operations for telematics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and improve automation workflows.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and security.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 8+ years in software development and deployment environments.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Linux, AWS, microservices architecture, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven systems (Kafka); familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills; knowledge of front-end technologies, scripting languages, and monitoring tools is a plus.
