10786 – Network Engineer I (Site Reliability Engineering)
Purpose:
The Network Engineer I ensures effective management of network-related requests, communication, and coordination, providing reliable and timely support to maintain network stability and operational efficiency. This role also includes monitoring network performance, responding promptly to incidents, troubleshooting network issues, and coordinating timely resolutions to minimize disruptions and maintain high-quality service levels.
Essential Functions:
- Receive, handle, and manage network configuration requests efficiently.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between requesters and technical teams.
- Coordinate necessary actions and resources for completing network changes.
- Accurately document and track all network-related requests, changes, and outcomes.
- Provide regular status updates to involved parties and management.
- Conduct basic system engineering tasks, including initial troubleshooting, issue identification, and preliminary resolution steps.
- Escalate complex network or system issues to specialized teams promptly.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in network coordination or related roles.
- Experience with network coordination, administration, and basic system engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with fundamental network and system engineering principles.
- CCNA certification required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Salary range: $69,390 – 99,220
