Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst II to provide financial and administrative support for factory operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting business decision-making through analysis and insight.

Key Responsibilities:


Financial Operations & Administration
  • Review and manage company administrative expenses
  • Oversee team expense reimbursements and processing
  • Track and report service billing and collections
  • Support month-end close activities, including GL expense and accrual postings
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative support for business units

Reporting & Analysis

  • Manage cost allocation methodologies and rates
  • Prepare annual budgets and conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget)
  • Maintain and update financial reports and databases
  • Support company approval matrix and travel policy administration
  • Analyze new business scenarios, including profit & loss projections

Scoop Indicator:
  • Decision Making / Discretion: Handles moderately complex issues requiring data analysis and sound judgment; selects appropriate methods and collaborates with senior stakeholders as needed.
  • Results: Escalates matters outside of role scope to ensure business needs are effectively addressed.
  • Strategy Development: Operates with minimal supervision on daily tasks and receives general guidance on new or complex assignments.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP (nice to have)
  • Korean language skills (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000
