The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and effective financial information related to factory operations. This role plays a key part in supporting business decision-making through financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and operational cost oversight while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Role Overview:
The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and effective financial information related to factory operations. This role plays a key part in supporting business decision-making through financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and operational cost oversight while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close activities, including general ledger expense review, accrual postings, and ensuring accuracy of financial results.
- Oversee service billing, collections tracking, and financial reporting to ensure visibility into operational performance.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, including CBU allocation rates, budget preparation, and variance analysis between actuals and forecasts.
- Support financial governance processes such as onboarding new business units, maintaining approval matrices and travel policies, and performing profit & loss scenario analysis for new business opportunities.
Scoop Indicator:
- Decision Making / Discretion: Handles moderately complex issues requiring data analysis and sound judgment; selects appropriate methods and collaborates with senior stakeholders as needed.
- Results: Escalates matters outside of role scope to ensure business needs are effectively addressed.
- Strategy Development: Operates with minimal supervision on daily tasks and receives general guidance on new or complex assignments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive Finance and accounting experience (Most have)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Preferred but not required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials such as CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, SANS, or equivalent.
- Strategy & Framework Development: Experience defining security strategies, frameworks, and long-term roadmaps.
- Automation & Process Optimization: Exposure to automating security processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Advanced Analysis Skills: Experience with network packet inspection and advanced threat analysis techniques.
