Role Overview:
The selected candidate will plan and determine suitable strategies for all aspects of internal information system specific projects from initiation to delivery involving network, server, software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and similar type projects. Additional roles & responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following:
  • Working on complex issues and assessing program performance where the analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors aiming to maximize ROI and accomplishing strategic objectives
  • You will lead and evaluate project managers to coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners.
  • You will perform feasibility and needs/impact assessments, defining project requirements, developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget.
  • You will make decisions based on unit objectives, and company policies and procedures, including hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews as well as determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT/IS or equivalent related experience
  • 5+ years in a management role with a strong preference given to those with program Management experience)
  • You will possess exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Extensive working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively utilizing work and project plans to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications
  • PMP Certification highly preferred

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
