DETAILS:
Lead HCM (Human Capital Management) solution for Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing to support business systems (SAP HR and SuccessFactors) and to collaborate with Korea HQ to enhance/implement HCM best practices. Responsible for assessing, estimating, supporting and managing the effective and efficient delivery of the functional aspects of SAP projects, enhancements and service delivery (break/fix) across all HAEA-AM supported instances. Accountable for ERP project and enhancement assessment and execution matters, including service delivery (break/fix) on our CBU's SAP ERP instance. Serve as the key person for CBU businesses where HAEA-AM supports CBU's SAP environments, including day to day working with SAP users and business partners in the sites within scope of the role. Collaborate with other team members, offshore/onshore to ensure that enhancements are delivered, leveraging the global resource pool, in a cost-effective manner without negatively impacting quality, as well as providing support in resolving service delivery matters and ensuring SLA’s for service are met. Access to detailed and confidential information of all types (financial, payroll, etc.). Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, requirements organization, translating and simplifying requirements, requirements management and communication, and requirements analysis. In charge of incident management, checking and solving customizing issue, bug fixing, investigation of escalated problems, monitoring of interfaces and replications, enhancement management, analysis and application implementation, improvements, writing general as well as detailed, functional specifications, integration tests and business support for UAT, application documentation, and contribution to workload estimations. Maintain general overview on the architecture of the solution and its evolution and are accessible for all matters in the functional domain of SAP HR. Stay up to date with technical developments and evolutions in SAP HR. Perform a fit-gap analysis for business requirements and deliver solutions in line with standard SAP. Decompose high level information into details and animate workshops with end-users and business representatives. Distinguish requests from the underlying business needs. Maintain a regular physical presence close to business interlocutors and Key Users in order to assist them in the development and daily management of their applications. Respect operating procedures and methodology effective within HAEA-AM. Respect working in collaboration with external partners according to HAEA IT model. Coordinate with and support Offshore teams in the maintenance of the SAP solution and its evolution in line with the requirements of our CBU. Provide on-call support. Responsible for ensuring that existing system processes function as designed and delivering new project/tasks with the client's acceptance timely manner. Help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Work with management and end users to improve or re-engineer the current business process to achieve higher operation efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related field plus 7 years of experience in the offered position or related position.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• 7 years of hands-on configuration, development and support of SAP HR area.
• 7 years of ERP project execution/management experience.
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time.” Required expertise/knowledge includes:
• Experience working on S/4 HANA ERP system to manage HR process and ABAP experience for debugging and analyzing the SAP programs.
• Experience working with cross functional team (EAI and Security).
• Experience working on issues related to Employee Pay time Portal in S/4 HANA for Hourly and Salaried employees that is used for Absence Payments and Benefits component of employees.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules of EC, RECRUITMENT, ONBOARDING, PERFORMANCE and GOALS and COMPENSATION.
• Experience in RPA using UI path Automation.
• 3 full life cycle SAP implementations experience.
• Ability to create Functional specification Document for the Business requirement document from client and create Tasks for accomplishing the changes in the SAP system.
• Customer service skills in Automotive industry to understand the industry specific requirements and configure the SAP system accordingly.
• Ability to navigate the technology environment and work with multiple groups around the globe.
• Experience managing in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT colleagues on a remote basis.
• Ability to identify and correct production issues and suggest flexible business solutions.
OTHER: Job Site: West Point, GA; 40 hours/week; Salary range: $96,179 per year to $141,232 per year; If offered employment, must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
