Role Overview:
The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for development, design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and documentation of complex web and mobile applications supporting key business initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to design optimal solutions, architect user interface applications, and enhance existing systems across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Architect and implement front-end UI solutions and deploy applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to determine optimal solutions.
- Perform code and design reviews with peers and technical leaders.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve defects and technical issues.
- Provide production support and participate in new development initiatives.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and ceremonies.
- Develop and execute unit tests and testing scenarios.
- Ensure performance, usability, maintainability, and integration across systems.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in web application development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Less/SASS).
- Experience with Vue.js and modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and build tools such as Grunt.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Technical certifications or relevant coursework.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
Salary range: $103,170 - $158,873
