DETAILS:
Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software projects and tasks. Directly interfacing with user clients about their systems and ensuring their system is functioning correctly. Analyze all user requests to determine if change to system is necessary. Work with users on a day-to-day basis to answer any system questions or concerns they may have. Analyze, design, develop, and implement projects/program changes to the system. Coordinate and work with other HAEA groups when integration projects/issues arise. Work with all outside vendors that interface with your system when necessary. Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the offered position or related position.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
- Consulting experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications using Java and J2EE technologies in the Automobile, Utility and Finance sectors.
- Portal development experience in SAP, including creating user friendly, integrated web applications and combining SAP UI technologies (SAP UI5, Fiori and Web Dynpro) with Java.
- Java based SAP EP maintenance and support and transform by learning experience.
- Experience in working environments using Agile (SCRUM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to offer a dynamic, collaborative and quality focused approach to software development.
- Experience working on Web Services SOAP, WSDL, Microservices, Jax-WS (Java API for XML Web Service), Apache CXF (Framework for building SOAP and RESTful Services), and Jax-RS (Java API for RESTful services).
- Experience in developing, deploying, and managing N-tier server centric enterprise J2EE applications Eclipse IDE with Java web technologies (Servlets, JSPs, JSTL, JSF and JNDI) and enterprise technologies (EJB and JMS).
- Experience in developing Microservices using Spring boot framework.
- Experience in the development and deployment of applications (Scottish Power middleware Tibco Integrated application and Maximo Asset management system) using JBoss, WebLogic application server, WebSphere application server and Tomcat server.
- Experience in design patterns which include Singleton, DAO, Session facade, Front controller, and delegate pattern to solve recurring design problems with proven, reusable solutions.
- Experience working with Cloud Environments, including SAP BTP and AWS platforms.
- Ability to work as a junior level AWS/SAP BTP Architect in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in implementing IAM solutions and SSO integrations, including Authentication, Authorization, User Lifecycle Management, and Audit & Compliance.
- Knowledge of CMS Solutions using Strapi.io, and familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL to build modern, flexible, and scalable web applications.
- Knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines and using Gitlab as a code repository.
- Experience working on RESTful Web Services, Microservices, and Java in the Automotive industry.
OTHER: Job Site: Irvine, CA; 40 hours/week; Salary: $184,558 per year; If offered employment, must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
