20099 – Sr. Business System Analyst (SAP MM) - Bilingual (Korean)

PURPOSE
This Business Process Consultant of SAP MM modules is for supporting Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA). This position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP Purchasing and Inventory management process and functions with manufacturing processes. This position also requires strong hands-on working experience in analyzing user requirements and providing solutions with best practice.
Weight of work area:
  • SAP MM : 90% 
  • MM PDA : 10%

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Perform SAP support activities in SAP MM module
  • Leads small projects and major enhancements in SAP MM area
  • Coordinates and overlooks of SAP custom developments
  • Communicate with users for daily maintenance issues and projects.
  • Performs 2nd Level Technical Support of SAP MM Modules
  • Creates training materials and provide end user training
  • Works with cross functional groups to complete development projects and tasks
  • Assists Support team for complex ERP issue, Guide ERP configuration
  • Helps other module consultants resolve problems and provide backup Support during lack of resources
  • Support customers in Fiori system in Purchase requisition and others
  • Support MM PDA issues and co work with PDA web development vendor
  • Support Month end closing in MM area

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management or engineering
  • 5+ years of hands on configuration, development of material management process
  • At least 2+ full life cycle implementation experiences
  • Strong problem solving & analysis skills
  • Technical expert in design, configuration, testing & debugging of SAP MM module  
  • Ability to understand ABAP & SAP Interface
  • Ability to identify the changes in business needs & translate these into successful solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skill
  • Automotive Industry experience (preferred)
  • ABAP Program Analysis Skill (preferred)
  • Bi-Lingual (Korean, English) for communication with Global ERP Team
  • SAP MM certificate preferred
